Welcome, to the Municipality of Kincardine!
(Including Kincardine, Tiverton, Underwood, Inverhuron, Armow, Glammis,
Bervie and Millarton)
Our sparkling waters and inviting, 30km stretch of sandy beaches
tell a tale of deeply rooted history, linked to Ontario's rich marine
heritage. Since the mid 1800's when imposing freighters and feisty
steam ships first plied the local waters of the Great Lakes, the
Municipality has come to symbolize a spirit of adventure in celebration
of our special affinity with Lake Huron's striking ambiance and
abundant natural resources.

Today, the Municipality of Kincardine boasts of many treasured
amenities, waiting to be discovered. Idyllic surroundings, captivating
lifestyle, festive events, live theatre, and much more, have all
amused and beguiled residents and visitors for generations. Whether
a casual stroll on our beach and scenic boardwalk, an enchanting
evening of fine dining in one of our many restaurants, or a relaxed,
care free stay in one of our quaint Bed & Breakfasts or motels,
the Municipality of Kincardine is a place of endless opportunity.
To experience the Municipality of Kincardine is to explore something
new
.something old. We're a community known for its warmth
and hospitality
..a certain KINship so to speak.
