Sing
- a - Long
For more than 38 years Sunday evening sing-a-longs at Dunsmoor Park have
been a Kincardine tradition.
Various bands make appearances throughout the summer, with music
to suit every taste.
It is very possible to see over 100 people enjoying the music on
a Sunday evening. Tourists especially enjoy the sing-a-long, which
is one of the many things that make Kincardine so unique.
There is no fee for attending the sing-a-long, but there is a freewill
offering at the concerts. The proceeds go towards the upkeep of
the park, which includes washrooms, three picnic shelters and a
building with a kitchen. Families can rent the facilities for reunions
throughout the summer.
The sing-a-longs run every Sunday evening from July 2 to Labour Day weekend, beginning at 7:30 p.m. In case of bad weather the concert will move to the Davidson Centre and continue indoors
Bring along a friend and a lawn chair or a blanket and sing along
as you enjoy the balmy summer breezes on the shores of beautiful
Lake Huron.
